Elite-level residential complex “Wine house” is situated on the Baltchug island, in the very heart of the old Moscow. Two leading Russian architecture firms joined together in the creation of the complex – CU “RESERVE” and ab “SPeeCH”.
“…The residential complex became the new dominant point of Zamoskvorechie district. Architects have managed to unite two stylistically different buildings, thus creating classical family residences and lofts, highly rated by the byers as well as by the real estate market in general”. – Serguei Kalinine, president of “HALS development”.
The residence is composed of two parts – a reconstructed 19th century building of the “Partnership of the vodka factory, wine, spirit and foreign grape wines warehouse owned by Petr Smirnov”, and a contemporary building that encircles the factory with alternating in style facades – a common work by two leading Russian architects Vladimir Plotkin and Serguei Tchoban.
