"Vremena goda" shopping mall

The complex is situated at the crossing of Kutuzovskiy Avenue and Minskaya Street. It presents an atrium structure uniting the main functional zones of the building: the multilevel parking, the shopping mall and the zone of the tenant’s premises. The entrance is flanked by two glass prisms, running through all the levels and opened to the roof. They contain panoramic lifts, cafeterias and restaurants; the ceremony halls occupy the upper level. The observation platform designed like a large 30-meter console is placed under the main entrance shed and can be optionally used as an open-air restaurant. The parapet emphasizing the volume integrity belts the front along its entire length and is consolidated with 20-meter pylons of the main entrance. The façade solution presents the staggered order of glass windows with electric sign and perforated with square holes metal planes illuminated by LEDs. The color control of light and the rotation of the advertisement boards are computer-powered to make it possible to create a facade image with regard to the scale of the building.
