The tennis complex is situated in the water protection zone of the Khimki reservoir lake. This position has determined the concept design of the complex that presumes the minimum visual intrusion on the surrounding environment. The 4-level building of the tennis centre is partly buried in land; its slightly inclined operated roof comes to the surface.
