The settlement is situated in the floodplain area of the Moscow River, north-west from Zhoukovka village. Internal road network that leads to all building plots has been optimized and corresponds to the type of the modular grid. The main entrance is situated next to the Sport complex. A square with a mini-recreational centre is located next to the main entrance of the settlement. The exterior composition of the settlement is dominated by the beautification of the territory by creating artificial channels, planting the lawns, flower-gardens etc. A sports and recreational area has been imagined along the river bank. Architects propose several versions of private cottages that will maintain the overall style and composition of the village. Concept design of cottages can be reviewed.
