The complex is situated in the western district of Moscow, to the north of Koutouzovsky Avenue. In the west the territory of the complex is limited by Amin’evskoye road, in the east – Klochkova Street and a bordering residential district, in the north it borders Krasnikh Zor’ Street (where is situated Kuntsevskaya metro station). The complex can be reached by car from Klochkova and Krasnikn Zor’ Streets.
The complex consists of four 14-storey residential towers. The design envisages preserving maximum of greenery as well as the existing natural environment.
