The building plot of 1.26 Ha is free of any constructions is situated in the central part of the city of Odintsovo, region of Moscow, and adjoins a park in the north. Architects have imagined two residential buildings united together by a common stylobate.
The stylobate has two levels (1st- underground level and one level above ground). An open ramp leading to the upper stylobate level has been envisaged. The upper stylobate level serving as a green open courtyard has been endowed with necessary fire passages, car parks and a play ground. Several commercial spaces with separate entrances from Marshala Nedelina Street have been designed on the ground floor.
The residential part of the complex consists of two separate buildings: a 24-storey (including the upper technical level) single-sectioned residential building № 1, and a 6-sectioned residential building №2 with a variable number of floors (from 17 to 19).
Building №1: the entrance to the building is situated from the inside yard on the level of the stylobate. The entrance consists of a vestibule, a hall and several technical premises. Apartments that are situated on the level of the 1st floor (of the stylobate) are overlooking the south-west.
Building №2: all the entrances to the building are situated from the inside yard. They are all equipped with vestibules, halls and technical premises. No rooms for security agents have been provided, as stipulated by client. Nine apartments specially equipped for disabled people are located in sections 1, 2 and 6 of the first floor of the building (from the stylobate level). Several public premises are located in sections 3, 4, 5 above the car park.
