Residential and public purpose complex with restaurants, spa, apart-hotel and a 3-level underground car park.

The building plot is situated in the West administrative district of Moscow, in the 21st quarter of Dorogomilovo district, and limited by the 1st Mozhaisky dead end in the north, an inside passage №6695 in the south, existing residential developments in the east and a green territory connected to Mozhaisky val street in the west.

The entrance to the underground ca park has been provided from the 1st Mozhaisky dead end. The restaurant load area is on the east side of the complex.

The shape design of the building presents a rectangular shape. The inside layout is symmetrical, with the entrance hall and staircase/lifts situated centrally and functional premises with natural daylight.

Entrance hall:

Entrance hall consists of the main lobby, lifts for upper and lower floors, main staircase with a panoramic lift leading to the 2nd and 3rd floors, fire and security office, reception desk, sitting sofas, wc for visitors (adapted for disabled visitors), staff premises, cleaning service room. A drycleaner reception point is situated on the 1st floor with a separate entrance for residents from the outside.

Spa complex

The Spa complex for apart-hotel residents and outside guests is situated on the 2nd floor. The complex has several fitness zones with changing rooms and saunas, a massage room, a barbershop, and rooms for staff. The entrance to the Spa area is through the main lobby of the complex. Total area is 780 м2.

Restaurant

The restaurant (90 seats) is situated on the 3rd floor and is intended for residents of the apart-hotel. The entrance to the restaurant is through the main lobby. The load area is on the east side of the building. Total area - 750 м2.

Apart-hotel

73 apartments for around 268 guests of the category «**» are located on 4th to 16th floors. Each floor is equipped with staff and technical rooms. Each apartment consists of a working area, a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. Total area of apartments: 13 400 м2.

Underground car park

The car park for guests and staff for 130 cars is situated on the levels -3 - -1.
