The existing complex of Komisarovskoye Specialized School built around 1869-1913 has not actually been recognized as a historical or cultural monument, but still has a historical, architectural and memorable value. The new design envisages constructing a 6-storey high building at the same time preserving the main façade, the church, reconstructing its dome, and preserving the part of the building with the main reception hall that adjoins the church. Due to the fact that Blagoveshensky lane is quite narrow, the new stairs-shape construction goes inside the quarter. This method allows preserving the existing unity and the appearance of the street that has been formed throughout the years.
