The building plot has a south-north orientation, with no particular relief. The main building of the complex situated in the south part of the plot has a pronounced longitudinal axis; other residential blocks located along this main axis, have private double-leveled green yards.
Inside dimensions of the blocks (60-70m) are in proportion to existing constructions on the opposite side of the Obvodnoy channel.
The height of the complex lowers perpendicularly to the Moskovsky Avenue and Varshavskaya Street, by that getting closer to the scale of the historical development of the embankment.
