The project has been designed on the spot of a former industrial zoning, next to the Louzhniki stadium. The building plot is divided into three functionally different zones: residential area, offices and park. The urban complex is formed around the park area and over to the Moscow-river.
Offices are situated along the Komsomolsky Avenue and the 3rd transport ring of the city, therefore enclosing the residential part and the park from the street pollution. Residential buildings are forming the line along the river.
Courtyards of residential buildings are open to the river, looking over the Andreevsky monastery. They have been organized in a way to form a balanced contemporary environment for residents.
