MASTER PLANNING

Masterplan unit design has always been the core part of the work of CU “Reserve”. Our specialists work on a wide range of tasks, for instance: residential districts, small medium-rise settlements, urban development projects, redevelopment of industrial zonings and creation of cultural clusters.

We approach the elaboration of master plans as a part of an interdisciplinary system science of urban planning. To implement a complex masterplan we cooperate with specialists in the field of urban development, landscape design, sociology and other disciplines.

We offer our clients not only planning solutions and technical and economic indicator calculations of the project. Using 3D visualizations we give them an opportunity to imagine the future appearance of the residential environment of the planned urban space, the estimated type of construction, solutions for public areas and for the landscape of the territory.
