Litsa multifunctional complex is located in Northern Administrative District of Moscow, Khoroshyovsky District, at the eastern part of former Tsentralny Aerodrome (Khodynka Field). The layout of the building was predefined by the plot shape and the necessity for making fire lanes. The complex consists of two 21-storey buildings united by a 3-storey stylobate, and a 3-storey underground car park. The stylobate is intended to host a shopping center with a supermarket, cafes and restaurants, a 5-screen cinema and street retail facilities. The entrance to the shopping center has been designed on the side of Khokkeinoy Slavy Walkway.
The two buildings of the apartment hotel adjoining the stylobate on either side are a dynamic unity consisting of two parts. The first part is a slab-type building slightly bent to match the curve of Aviakonstruktora Sukhogo Street with standard-type apartments. The second one is a single-section building with duplex apartments, consolidating the line of developments along Khokkeinoy Slavy Walkway.
