The territory of the residential settlement is located in the North-West part of the Novogorsk district of Khimki and is limited from the North, West, East and partially from the South by the forest of Novogorsk park, belonging to the Krasnogorsk special forestry and from the South-East – by the territory of the hospital №19 and by the closed territory of a cottage village.
The settlement consists of 30 small-rise quarters, social infrastructure facilities and a green pedestrian walking area with several ponds.
Each quarter has been designed as a square of 100 x 100 meters, formed by 3, 4 and 5 storey buildings. Quarters situated along settlement borders have a trapezium shape, overlooking the forest.
