The layout of the high-rise buildings perpendicular to the Zvenigorodskoe highway, allows the maximum opening of main front elevations to the side of their best perception point. The low-rise building of the complex intended for clients (the “front office”) is situated in the Southern part of the plot, along the 1st Magistralny passage. This layout of buildings profits the organization of the flow of visitors and employees of the complex. The general plan solutions provide a simplified scheme of the internal flow, excluding the conflux of employees and members of staff with external clients and visitors. Entrances and exits to the territory for employees are situated in the opposite sides of the complex, living the central area for visitors.
Therefore, there has been formed a neat zoning of the territory: the perimeter is left for members of stuff and office employees, whereas the central part is for clients and visitors. Other buildings of the complex have been designed following the same internal structure.
The concept design consists of two buildings of the average number of floors intended for “back offices” of the company and one low-rise building intended for clients and the front office. Such a solution provides the effective space usage of every floor in every building and a rational height of the entire complex (20 storey).
The base of the space-planning solutions of the complex is the dual image of two sheer shores of the river, symbolizing continuous growth and motion and at the same time tranquility and stability. All three proposed elevations designs have been submitted to the main form, underlining and reinforcing it using different creative methods.
