The residential complex consists of two 10-storey sections with sporting facilities and an underground car park. It is situated inside the existing district dating from the 1950’s. In the north-east the plot adjoins the administrative building of the Moscow Physical Health Society, limited by small roads on the north –west and south-east and a green zone on the south-west. Entrances to the complex are orientated to the 3rd Frunzenskaya street and also to the inside courtyard. The entrance to the sporting facilities is situated outside of the territory.
