The subsidiary complex of industrial buildings of the State direction of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation is situated in the industrial zoning of Moscow, far from residential districts, and borders Begovaya railway platform.
The future complex is thought to become an important urban dominant of the district thanks to its location. The complex has been designed as low rise: the main building of the Central Archive is 6-storey high; two other buildings have the heights of 4 storeys.
The territory of the complex is accessible from the existing viaduct that passes over the railway.
