The building plot is situated next to Boumazhniy lane in Moscow. The project envisages constructing 3 office towers united together by a 4-level underground car park. All buildings have a diamond shape in plan and are shifted one against another giving the possibility to open up the visibility from the interior space. Inside spaces with less advantageous views are used by staircases and elevators. Two towers from three are 21-storey high; the third tower has only 17 floors. The lowering in height in the south part of the territory is explained by the necessity to ensure a sufficient insolation to existing residential constructions.
Front facades of all buildings are slightly inclined with an angle of 2.3° towards the vertical part. The tractions on the side facades increase overall the tilting effect. All main entrances to buildings are made from the common main square in the central part of the complex and are all orientated to Boutirsky val street.
