The plot intended for the construction of the future business centre is situated in the Northern administrative district of Moscow. It is limited from Boutirsky val street by the rail road and adjoins Boumazhniy passage. The complex of buildings of the “Pravda” factory is situated on the north side of the plot.
The complex has a shape of a plate of 134.5 m high, orientated north-south. The building is divided into two unequal blocks that correspond to different functions of the complex - administrative (in the north) and hotel (in the south). The common stylobate allocates the fitness centre and maintenance services. For the convenience of visitors and workers the complex has 3-level underground car park.
