“Aerobus” residential complex has been conceived as an interpretation on the theme of the traditional vertical residential quarter - a constitutive part of a Megapolis. Its architectural solution is based and underlines the traditional cell-type structure of facades.
Well-structured grids, together with several closed elements of facades form a complex visual composition, reminding of an abstract canvas painting.
The complex is formed by two “L”-shaped sections 35-storey high. Besides, there is a three-storey building with a fitness centre and a 7-storey office block. The upper level of the car park serves as a common stylobate to the entire complex. Its roof has been designed as a green walking zone for pedestrians as well as for staff usage. There are 1984 apartments overall, from 60m to 140 m2.
