The winners of the Urban Awards 2016 – an annual National Prize in the field of the urban development and real estate – have been announced on November, 24, 2016. The residential development «LIFE-Botanichesky sad» by CU "Reserve" has won the nomination "Best residential development of the comfort class under construction".
The complex «LIFE-Botanichesky sad» is situated in the North of Botanichesky Sad metro station and is a part of the larger transport hub that includes the metro, circular line of the railway,buses, taxi and residential buildings situated nearby.
