The plot of 0.9Ha intended for the construction of the sport complex is a part of the territory of the Russian National Tennis centre named after Juan Antonio Samaranch. Architects placed the building along the red line of Leningradskoye Avenue, conserving and enlarging the existing pedestrian pass. The access to the main entrance of the complex is situated from Leningradskoye Avenue, on the northern side of the plot.

Design of the complex presents two buildings united by a common entrance hall. On the ground floor of the biggest section are situated 6 tennis courts. Changing rooms, showers and a car park for 34 cars are situated on the underground level.
